For issues with Opera, please escalate to the MOD, if it’s an emergency please call Opera at the number below. Please escalate Opera printing and pop-up issues to My Zen IT. If there are credit card processing issues, please escalate to Shift 4 (chip and pin terminals), Opera (in application credit card processing) or Moneris (stand-alone payment terminals) and also create a ticket with the details of the issue with My Zen IT and CC the MOD.
